We deliver all over the UK for free and aim to ship our bikes to customers within 5 working days after receipt of payment All of our bikes are checked by quality control before leaving our warehouse and if your product does not arrive in satisfactory condition, please refuse the parcel and we will arrange a refund All of our bikes come 85% assembled and only the pedals, front wheel and accessories are to be fitted We advise professional bike shops to assemble your bike to avoid damage although we do provide instructions with your purchase should you decide to build yourself Ashmartyn LTD reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned damaged goods, due to non-professional builds
